Refund & Return Policy
Please ensure you choose carefully before placing the order, all of our flower arrangements are handcrafted and made to order for each customer, we will not be able to offer return and refunds on any of our Dear Fleurs Products.
In the unlikely event, if your item is damaged during transit, you have 24 hours to contact us for return and exchange. Return shipping label will be free. You must email us at info@dearfleurs.com within 24 hours of receiving the package for a full refund or replacement, no exception will be made. Thank you for your understanding.
Email must include the following:
1. Order number
2. Packing slip that comes in the package
3. Picture of the shipping box
4. Picture of the damaged flower arrangement
For Refund, we will issue to the original payment within 2 business days after we receive the damaged product.
For replacement, we recommend you place a new order, so we can ship within 1-2 business days after receiving your email. We will issue a full refund to the original payment within 2 business days after we receive the damaged product. If you choose to wait, we will ship the replacement within 1-2 business days after we receive the original package.
